Experience the Magic of Summer Camp
Every summer we offer a variety of camps for kids of all ages. Review the descriptions and choose which one will work for you! We look forward to meeting you at camp.
Summer Camp Tuition Rates The full rate listed is the actual costs associated with hosting your camper at St. Dorothy’s Rest. Our first scholarship tier is “Partial Scholarship” or $200 off the full rate for each session. A campership is not required to receive a partial scholarship. St. Dorothy’s Rest receives funding from the Episcopal Diocese of California, parishes, individuals and foundations so that no child is ever turned away from attending camp due to an inability to pay. A Campership Application is required to receive a camp scholarship.
Ankle Biters Camp
(Ages 5-7) Enjoy the camp experience with your younger camper. Together, you will enjoy the beauty and peace of "getting away". This weekend will include hiking, arts & crafts, chapel, swimming, and campfires. Built into the weekend are times to participate in activities with your camper, as well as some much-needed parent quiet times for rest and reflection.
Teen Adventure Week
(Ages 13-15) ) Adventure Week is truly a unique camp experience that focuses on developing leadership skills, spirituality, worship and community. Campers participate in service projects as well as overnight camping trips. We take camp outside our walls to serve the surrounding community in outreach work. Outreach activities have included working at local soup kitchens, providing meals to the homeless and hungry in the area, and helping local churches with various projects. Back packing trips have included overnighting on the Sonoma Coast, Point Reyes, and Angel Island. $1,000
July 9-14 (during Russian Rivers II)

The Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program provides participants with the opportunity to learn about the day-to-day running of camp, leadership styles, working with youth and peers. At the completion of the CIT program, participants may apply to return as a CIT for Russian River Adventures III. $1,000
